What really stood out to me about Marisa and her team was their level of understanding about what’s important to us. The scope was huge, ranging from planning and strategy, to design, to coding, and everything in between, and they facilitated everything so that we were as involved as we wanted to be, but we never had to spend valuable time on minor details. Marisa was absolutely on the ball throughout the entire process, striking a perfect balance between giving us what we asked for and pushing back at times to make sure we got what we needed (because of course, what we think we want and what we truly need are not always the same thing).
