My “No-Miss” Morning Ritual

“If today was the last day of my life, would I be happy with what I’m about to do today?”

Steve Jobs’ looked in the mirror and asked himself that everyday. It was his morning ritual.

Winners create morning rituals because it sets them up for success physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

If you’ve been following me, you know I start my day with the Gratitude Kata.

The Kata provides emotional and spiritual balance BUT for the mental AND physical aspects, I turn to the Scientific 7-Minute Workout —  high-intensity exercises that boost my energy.

My ritual also includes a healthy breakfast of protein and vegetables AND I skip coffee…caffeine drains my energy!

When I’m done, I feel like I can overcome ANY obstacle… and I usually do!
