Here’s what I mean…
Let’s say your goal is to build a 6-figure business.
When you think of that, do you feel motivated? Are you focused on action steps and what you’ll get when you reach 6-figures?
Or do you feel scared or anxious? Do you believe you HAVE to hit 6-figures or you’ll feel like a failure?
Pull goals motivate you to keep going until you get what you want. You’re pulled toward positive possibilities
Push goals demotivate you. You’re pushed to avoid negative consequences and you’ll give up quickly.
So, let’s go back to that first goal I asked you to think about…
