Who can submit a guarantee claim?
Since we’re committing to continuing to support you on our dime, the first step to being eligible for additional support is to show your work.
You can submit a guarantee claim if you’ve done the following:
1. Completed all of the Videos and Associated Actions
To show that you’ve completed all of the videos and associated actions you must have checked off all boxes on the membership site by the last official day of the program. In addition to checking off all of the boxes you must submit your homework by the guarantee deadline.
2. Attending at least three of the Group Laser Coaching Calls
There are (6) regular group laser coaching sessions and (2) bonus sessions offered throughout the program. You must attend at least (3) of the sessions (attendance will be taken by a Live Your Message team member).
3. Participated in the Group Laser Coaching Calls by Asking Questions
Questions need to be relevant to the training and your progress in the program. They must be answerable, in the specified format, and limited to the content of the Start With You Program to be considered as satisfying the terms of claim approval.
4. Posted Your Questions in the Facebook Group
Questions need to be relevant to the training and your progress in the program. They must be answerable, in the specified format, and limited to the content of the Start With You Program to be considered as satisfying the terms of claim approval.
5. Be Coachable & Show Willingness to Take Action
To get the most out of the Start With You Program and to reach Mission Accomplished it’s critical to your success that you exhibit a coachable attitude and a willingness to take action. If the you refuse, ignore, or deny coaching or are unable or unwilling to take action on Program or Coaching items, you forfeit the guarantee. We’re all in, so we need you to be all in too!

To claim additional support:
To request extra coaching support under the guarantee, we ask that you submit documentation showing you completed all homework assignments and action steps, and that you posted questions in the Facebook group.

Submitting Your Documentation
- All documentation must be submitted via email to Support@LiveYourMessage.com by the claim due date (please see the schedule inside the membership area).
- Use the email subject line “Guarantee Claim.”
- Submit only 1 email with all of your documentation attached
- Include all permalinks to the questions you asked in the Facebook group.
- Include a short description of where you’re stuck.
- Include your contact information – Name, Phone Number, & Email Address
Here’s what happens once your claim is approved:
Time is of the essence – you have a ton of momentum after all of your hard work in Start With You and now we need to help you make the choice!
So here’s what you can expect from us:
Unlimited access to our weekly group coaching calls facilitated by a member of our Start With You coaching team until you’ve hit the button and made the choice!
And here’s what we need from you: (to be eligible to continue to receive support)
- To show up on and participate in at least (2) group coaching call per month
- To ask relevant questions both in the group coaching session and on the Facebook group that will move you closer to Mission Accomplished
- To be coachable and follow through on any recommendations, suggestions, or requests made by coach, Marisa Murgatroyd, or any other member of the Live Your Message Team.
Once you’ve submitted your claim we will review it within 72 hours and let you know via email if your claim has been approved. Once approved you will receive details for access the group coaching calls.
IMPORTANT
This approval email contains important information and specific steps you must follow to continue to be eligible to receive additional support under the guarantee claim.

A Note on Payment Plans
If you invest with us using a multi-pay or payment plan and you decide to stay in the program, you are responsible for completing your monthly payments. If your credit card lapses, we will reach out to you and give you a 7-day grace period to send us your new information. If you do not get your information up-to-date during that grace period, program access will be suspended. If you aren’t able to bring your account into good standing within 7 days after that, then we will reluctantly be turning your details over to our friendly collections partner Optio Solutions.
